Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clear guidelines on orders and returns

1. Order Cancellations

Because our products are highly customized to your specific requirements, orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the production phase. You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting customer support. If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be initiated.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our business, all custom-printed products (e.g., printed mugs, acrylic frames with your photos, custom name plates) are non-returnable and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns if you do not like the photo you provided or if you made a spelling mistake in your custom text.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is broken, damaged in transit, or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprint by us), we will gladly offer a free replacement. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package, along with clear unboxing photos/videos showing the damage. Once verified, a replacement will be shipped to you.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved (e.g., due to cancellation before production or out-of-stock items), the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
