Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders at PixGift require a processing and production time. Since our products are highly customized, please allow 1 to 3 business days for printing, quality checking, and packaging before your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee across India. Standard shipping is FREE for all orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a nominal delivery charge (usually ₹50-₹100 depending on location weight) will be applied at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, standard delivery times are as follows:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.
• Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen logistical issues, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS containing your tracking ID and a link to track your package live. You can also use our Track Order page to check the status at any time.
